May 2026 – “We’ll definitely be booking again in the near future!“
Rob and Rhoda’s annexe was perfect! Myself and my partner had a lovely stay in Cornwall and the annexe made it even better. The place was spotlessly clean, homely, comfortable and private.
It had everything we needed to make us feel right at home. Rob gave us a lovely greeting on arrival and were both kind enough to gift us a bottle of wine, biscuits and an anniversary card. These touches were extremely thoughtful and not expected, so a very lovely surprise.
Sadly the weather wasn’t on our side during our trip so we couldn’t make use of the garden and outdoor seating, however we admired the stunning views through the doors.
We couldn’t fault Rob & Rhoda’s place at all and would highly recommend their place if you’re visiting Cornwall. The annexe is very close to local amenities and popular destinations such as St Ives and St Michael’s Mount.
We’ll definitely be booking again in the near future!

Rob and Rhoda were exceptional hosts who have thought of absolutely everything you could want or need for a wonderful stay.
The annex was pristine, comfortable with amazing views and a fabulous enclosed garden to keep our four legged friend safe.

April 2026 – “A brilliant location and place to stay”
Chy ryb Connerton fully deserves a 5 star plus review. From making the booking to our departure, Rob and Rhoda ensured our stay was a exceptional experience.
Communication ahead of our arrival was brilliant, including directions and timings. Rob’s warm and friendly welcome made us feel very much at home, even before we’d unpacked!
The property was immaculate and had everything we needed for our short stay, whilst we walked part of the South West coast path. Hot water was readily available, towels were big and fluffy, the bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of kitchen equipment, crockery etc. Rob and Rhoda had put together a comprehensive and helpful file, including places to visit and eat. Turnpike Inn, NT Godrevy cafe and Hell’s Mouth cafe can all be recommended.
Sitting on the patio looking towards Carbis Bay and St Ives, and then watching the sunsets from a cosy sofa made our short break very relaxing, after strenuous walks. A brilliant location and place to stay.

April 2026 – “Their annexe was perfect”
Firstly we would like to say how grateful we are to Rob and Rhoda for the welcome they gave us when we arrived at their Airbnb accommodation.
Rob showed us around the annexe explaining how things worked which was very helpful indeed.
Their annexe was perfect for our 4 night stay with our 2 labs down a very quiet lane. The annexe had everything we needed and more, a fully stocked kitchen, a comfy sofa, king sized bed and a great shower (big positive!), with M&S food hall, Asda and Lidl only a few minutes drive away. This Airbnb has the best contained garden we have been to so it was great for our dogs to wander around. We stayed in Feb-March and the heating was well up for keeping us warm and cosy.
After a long day on Hayle beach, which is only a short drive away, when we got back sat on the sofa we could see the sand dunes we had been walking in and St Ives in the distance, what a great spot :o)

March 2026 – “I’d highly recommend a stay with Rhoda & Rob”
Rhoda and Rob clearly demonstrate their passion for a high standard of hospitality and excellent service.
Their friendly and relaxed dispositions made them both very approachable, with all queries responded to promptly. The welcome of a warm, cozy bungalow was very well. The information pack was very well put together leaving us with no questions unanswered.
The Bungalow itself was immaculate inside and out with parking directly outside, making the unloading of golf equipment and luggage easy.
The living space although compact had everything we needed. With ample supply of kitchen utensils etc.
Essential for a happy stay for me personally is a powerful shower and comfortable mattress… I was not disappointed!
My dog loved the fully enclosed garden! And the view is incredible!
I’d highly recommend a stay with Rhoda & Rob. First class ⭐️⭐️⭐️
